As part of the EU CleanCOALtech - “Educational and training systems for clean coal technologies” (the Lifelong Learning Programme Leonardo da Vinci), a meeting was held at the University of Edinburgh on the 3rd and 4th of July with attendants from Universitatea Politehnica Bucuresti (Romania), the Centre for Renewable Energy Sources and Saving (Greece) and Institul de Studii si Proiectari Energetice (Romania).
The CleanCoalTech project focuses on the transfer of knowledge and best practices within EU member states i.e. UK, Romania and Greece. Based on our experience and expertise on research for clean coal technologies we will help develop a training system in the other countries involved in the project.
Following the project meeting, a training session has been organized in Edinburgh from the 14th to the 18th of October.
